What forms of payments do you accept?
For customer in the Philippines, we accept cash, bank deposit and credit card payments via paypal. However for international customers, we only accept credit card payments via paypal.
Do I need a Paypal Account to pay using my credit card?
No. From the payment page, you can either choose to pay using credit card or paypal account (if you have one). Paypal is just the payment platform we are using. Read more for detailed instruction.
How do I pay using my credit card?
- From your cart, click Checkout.
Enter your shipping details.
Choose your delivery method.
Choose Paypal as your payment method.
Click Place Order to proceed. You will be redirected to Paypal.
From the Paypal page, click Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card.
Enter your credit card details and click Pay Now to process the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email for your successful payment.

Yes. COD is applicable for items PHP15,000 and below.

How will I ask for replacement for a defective item?
- Ship back the defective item to our pickup locations.
We will verify the item if defective and we will ship you the replacement for free.
We may also reimburse the cost for shipping us the defective item (up to P150).
